Afrivet Zambia markets a range of environmental health products for cleaning, disinfection, public health, pest control as well as grain protection and malaria vector control. Technical expertise is provided by qualified environmental health workers, locally based field staff and by Afrivet's international partners, Bayer Environmental Science in South Africa and EcoMed in Zimbabwe. The company also markets insecticide treated bed nets plus malaria rapid diagnostic tests sourced from ICT, South Africa. All relevant products marketed by the company in Zambia are registered with the Environmental Council of Zambia. Afrivet supply supporting spraying equipment.

The company's spacious warehousing in Lusaka stores a comprehensive range of products, ensuring speedy delivery of the company’s products to customers throughout the country. Depots have been established at Choma and Ndola for customers' convenience. Products are also marketed through agricultural retail outlets, pharmacies and supermarkets. Afrivet employs a qualified environmental health worker, a State Registered Nurse, a veterinarian and fully trained field staff who are stationed at various centres throughout the country, promoting the correct use of the company’s products and providing technical advice and after sales service in the field.

Afrivet Zambia is a one-stop shop for farmers, providing animal health products, agricultural chemicals and environmental health care products. All their product brands are internationally recognised. Afrivet Zambia Ltd is part of the Afrivet Group of South Africa, an international organisation involved in animal health. Afrivet Zambia has been trading since 2004. The majority of products marketed by the company are manufactured from imported raw materials at EcoMed Manufacturing Ltd, Zimbabwe. Others are manufactured by Burchem Research and from various other suppliers in South Africa, South America, Europe and Israel. The Bayer range of products are manufactured at their factory in Nigel, South Africa.
