- Reporting to the Human Resource Director, the successful candidate will assist in supporting the general human resource function and in the implementation of policies and procedures
- Key accountabilities will include; HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, HR MIS, Industrial Relations and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and at least five years post-qualification experience
He or she will also be a practicing and licensed member of the ZIHRM
