Country Lodge Mongu offers excellent conferencing facilities. The conference room itself can accommodate up to 50 people. It is spacious and well ventilated with climate control facilities available. Larger groups of up to 300 can be catered for in the County Lodge Mongu gardens. Country Lodge is able to hire out the conference room for functions such as workshops, board meetings, cocktail parties, birthday parties and other family celebrations. The restaurant is available for hosting dinners and is now able to offer catering services for one day events.

Weddings
The lodge is able to host small, intimate weddings of up to 300 guests within their beautiful gardens. Catering can be provided by the restaurant which offers catering services for one day events.
