The three conferencing venues at the Lusaka Hotel are popular for company seminars and conferences. The Lusaka Hotel offers four different conferencing packages. The full package provides two tea breaks, two mineral waters, one lunch and one soft drink for each delegate. The half package provides one tea break, one mineral water, one lunch and one soft drink for all the delegates. The quarter package offers two tea breaks and one mineral water and the day workshop without lunch. The final package offers two teabreaks and two mineral waters for each delegate. The following complimentary items are included in the conference package - flip chart, over head projector, mint sweets, pens or pencils, writing pads, television set, and DVD and video.
The Lusaka Hotel conference rooms
The Lubrandt Room is the biggest conference room. It can accommodate up to 100 delegates for a cocktail, 70 for banquets, 90 for meetings and 60 for workshops.
The Mtonga Room can accommodate up to 60 delegates for a cocktail, 40 for banquets, 60 for meetings and 40 for workshops.
The Taylor Room, a more intimate facility, can accommodate up to 40 delegates for a cocktail, 20 for banquets, 30 for meetings and 20 for workshops.
