Limbo Guest Lodge in Livingstone, Zambia allows you the opportunity to escape the busy bustle of the city centre and relax within its pleasant landscaped grounds. Located near Victoria Falls this lodge is a great place for a bit of a cultural twist. Limbo means 'village' in a Zambian language and the local Zambian village is what has inspired the presentation and design of Limbo Guest Lodge. Round African style chalets are strategically placed within the grounds, with a central gathering area that serves as both restaurant and bar. This is typical of an African village setting. The buildings are set amongst trimmed lawns, native trees and flowers, with neat pathways linking them all up. There is an on site restaurant that provides tasty Zambian and international dishes to guests.
Rooms at this Livingstone lodge are simple but stylish with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities and mini bar. Extras include an executive mini-bar. The swimming pool is of a good size and is well placed in a quiet corner of the landscaped grounds where guests can enjoy the sun and swim at their leisure in a secluded setting. Limbo Guest Lodge supports student exchange programs and advance booking is usually essential at this popular and friendly lodge. For this reason there is quite a strict cancellation policy. If notification is received more than seven days before the date you are due to arrive, then you will be required to pay 10% of the cost of the booking. If notification is received seven days or less before the date you are due to arrive, then you will be required to pay 100% of the cost of the booking. There is a flexible checkout policy but this should be pre arranged and there may be a 10% charge depending on the time requested.
