The health and fitness industry in Zambia is growing, with new Zambian spas, gyms and sports facilities opening every month it seems. Spa services are in high demand with local Zambians as well as visitors. There are a number of gym facilities in Zambia that offer gym memberships, health and fitness instructors and fitness classes.
