Plates Restaurant and Wine Bar Catering service

Plates Restaurant is able to cater for corporate events and private functions in Zambia. The restaurant can host your function within the Plates premises, or at a location of your choice. Plates can cater for a wide range of occasions including cocktail parties, buffet meals, plated meals, and private wine tastings.

The Plates restaurant cocktail menu includes vegetarian snacks such as walnut, ricotta and cranberry canapés. The restaurant also serves hot cocktail snacks like the delicious BBQ chicken sliders and assorted mini burgers and an interesting variety of cold cocktail snacks like siavonga bream canapés and Tuscan liver plate on toast. Clients with a sweet tooth will not be disappointed either, plates has a variety of sweet snacks such as chocolate tartlets, ricotta cheesecake tartlets, assorted shortbread cookies and more.

Within the restaurant
Plates can transform the restaurant to suit cocktail parties for up to 200 people, or seated dining guests of up to 100. The restaurant offers special menus, themed evenings, and wine tastings. The staff at Plates work personally with each client to create a unique event that meets the expectations of individual clients. The Plates restaurant has valuable experience in hosting events. They have successfully organised previous events such as grand openings, national days, holiday parties, business meetings and presentations. Functions at the restaurant start at K95, 000 per person.

Catering at a location of your choice
Plates are dedicated to offering clients the freshest and highest quality food and are able to move a full kitchen to a location of your choice. Plates can cater for small board room lunches for 20 people up to large cocktail parties for 700 people. The team can prepare wonderful buffet meals, cocktail snacks, or plated meals, together with full service and support from their team of professional waiters and chefs. Clients must have a minimum of 20 guests for outside catering. An extra charge may apply for events that exceed two hours.
