Le Triumph Dolphin: Restaurant

Karaoke, Creole and Cajun flavours in a tropical setting in the middle of Lusaka the capital city! Le Triumph Dolphin Restaurant is quite an experience and a great one at that. Its interior is a bold and lively aquatic style décor, reminiscent of a Mauritian beach resort. It is pleasantly kitsch and when you visit for the first time you'll look around in awe at all the interior decorations packed in so successfully.

Food
Choose from a mouth watering selection of salads, soups, seafood, local fresh water fish, chicken, beef, curry and a vegetarian selection of dishes that won’t leave you feeling left out! Favourites include Portuguese calamari salad, honey glazed quail, tropical Creole curry, Indonesian style chicken, chicken tikka masala, beef in hot Creole sauce, Creole lamb curry, salmon with garlic rice, colonial style jumbo prawns in coconut, king crab marinated in rum and giant rump steak with a selection of great classic sauces (try the honey mustard). Fantastic portions are served at affordable prices so you'll be sure to get your fill. This is a highly recommended restaurant in Lusaka and the quality service comes from exceptional staff and a speedy service. Since all food is freshly prepared, each section on the menu advises on preparation times.

Cocktail bar
The fully stocked cocktail bar has a wide selection of beverages. Here guests can unwind in a relaxed setting and just enjoy good company. There's a complete range of wines (corkage on wine is just K30,000), spirits, liquors, beers, alco-pops, soft drinks, fresh juices with local and international flavours. Then there's the colourful and exciting range of cocktails for which Le Triumph Dolphin is especially known. Of course this fits in perfectly with the tropical décor.

Karaoke
As the evening draws on, this venue becomes a fun filled night of karaoke heaven! The night is usually started by the lively and entertaining restaurant owner Santosh who will warmly welcomes guests to the stage to sing their favourite songs to their hearts' content. You can choose from an extensive variety of popular artists and songs across all genres.

Events
Every other Friday there's a themed entertainment night with a live band. So if you're in town be sure to find out the date for the next night of live entertainment. Small to large parties are welcomed and the décor here gives an instant party atmosphere. Le Triumph Dolphin restaurant has the capacity to hold up to 100 people - ideal for birthday parties, cocktail parties, wedding anniversaries or indeed any kind of celebration that warrants a party. Note that for birthday celebrations, staff, complete with party hats and pom-poms, will serenade the birthday guest on stage with a full song and dance (a popular attraction that adds a very entertaining special touch, regardless of age)!

The restaurant is open 6 days a week for business lunches and dinner. True to their flexible service Le Triumph Dolphin will on request open on Sundays for private functions for group bookings of 20-100 guests. Secure parking spaces are available just outside the restaurant. Remember you'll need to book your table and Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
