The professional staff at Baobab College encourage young children to grow as individuals through play and other activities. In partnership with parents, the school seeks to reinforce standards of behaviour which set a pattern for primary and secondary school.
With its caring atmosphere, Baobab College gives each individual child the special attention needed to help to ensure they will reach their full potential. The six areas of learning and early learning goals:
- Personal, social and emotional development
- Communication, language and literacy
- Mathematical development
- Knowledge and understanding of the world
- Physical development
- Creative development
These areas of learning are followed through to the Reception year which forms a bridge between Early Years and Primary school. The Early Learning Centre department have specialist teachers in Music, Physical Education and Information Technology.
