Homenet’s fees for professional valuation services are negotiable with the client. It is normal practice for Homenet to agree on fees based on a scale set out in the Valuation Surveyors Act. As a guide, scale fees are as follows:

  • Land and buildings: 0.30% of the assessed market value
  • Furniture and fittings: 2.50% of the assessed market value
  • For insurance: 0.10% of the value or cost assessed
