The Jewel of Africa cuts its gems to accommodate the shapes and sizes of the raw gemstone in order to achieve optimum brilliance and the highest creative quality. The Jewel of Africa’s lead designer, Rashmi Sharma, is a fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Britain (FGA) and also a member of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Rashmi designs each piece with particular attention to colour, shape and size. Her designs are created according to clients’ requirements, with particular attention to the colour, shape and size of the client’s chosen gemstone.
