Livingstone accommodation

This Zambia lodge has seven delightful en-suite chalets, constructed using wood from the surrounding managed forest, give a taste of authenticity without compromising on comfort. Great care and attention has gone into the chalet design and furnishings. To complement the spacious bedroom and living areas, each room has a large en-suite bathroom providing guests with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay in a beautiful Livingstone, Zambia lodge.

The soft furnishings are carefully coordinated with furniture made by local craftsmen using indigenous materials. The reed walls of the chalet are at three-quarter height but can be raised to the full height if required. There are mosquito nets on all beds and mosquito coils are used in the evenings. During the cooler months, hot water bottles ensure the beds are warm and cosy. Each room also enjoys the benefit of its own secluded sun garden, complete with outdoor shower for close to nature moments. All in all, Taita Falcon Lodge is a perfect haven for relaxing in a luxurious yet friendly environment.

Livingstone activities

At Taita Falcon Lodge, you set your own pace. You can be as active or as relaxed as you choose. Activity options included in the all-inclusive rates offer guided bush and bird walks to view Zambia wildlife, short hikes, a cultural village tour, a visit to Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya), a sunset game viewing cruise and a Livingstone town tour (including the local market visit and museum entry). Guests can choose one lodge activity each day, with an extra activity for each additional night they stay (for example three activities on the third day). Other popular activities can also be arranged on your behalf. Or of course, you can simply relax, with your feet up beside the pool, on the viewing deck or in your own private sun garden if you wish.
