Truhomes offers six fully furnished and serviced housing units, four 2 bedroom semi-detached apartments and two 3 bedroom stand-alone houses. All units are safely secured by a wall fence with electric fencing on top and a steel gate. These units provide affordable quality accommodation for short or long term stays with modern amenities and 24 hour security. Kitchens are modern and well fitted, and the living room, dining room and master bedroom have wooden flooring.
The four Truhomes apartments each have two en-suite fully furnished bedrooms and a guest toilet. Water is supplied by borehole and stored in 25,000 litre tanks. The two stand-alone houses each have tarred road frontage, an intercom and motorised gate, three bedrooms, including a self-contained master bedroom, and two bathrooms.

Truhomes policies
In an effort to create the most satisfactory experience possible for guests, Truhomes asks all of its guests to adhere to the following policies which they ask guests to read before booking a reservation:
For a short stay of one month and a long term stay, separate Lease Agreements are drawn and entered into.
The maximum number of guests for each apartment is: four for the apartments and six for the stand-alone houses
Check-in and check-out time is from 8:00 – 18:00 hours. Prior arrangements can be made should check-in be necessary after 18:00 hours in case of late flights.
With the exception of service animals assisting the disabled, no pets of any kind are allowed in the apartments. Pets are welcome in the stand-alone houses
Cancellation and refund policy applies to reservations made by calling the Truhomes reception numbers or stays booked through a certified travel agent. (Please note that reservations booked via online travel agencies and discount booking websites are subject to the policies of that online entity)
Reservations cancelled with seven days or more notice prior to day of check-in will be refunded in full minus a ZMW50 cancellation fee.
No-shows or reservations that are cancelled with less than seven days' notice prior to day of check-in will be subject to charges for the entire period booked and without a refund.
