To provide technical solutions and software configuration to ensure that all process of the Bank’s IT systems and Projects run smoothly.
Good knowledge of configuration of CISCO Switches, Routers and Firewalls
Excellent knowledge in VPN IPSEC network environments
Good knowledge in Domain Controller and Active Directory setup
Microsoft Exchange Management
Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
Monitoring and maintaining ATM and related infrastructure which are in direct/indirect relationship to the Bank
Performing Core Banking EOD – BOD operations & daily backups
Resolve IT support queries through the IT Help Desk
Degree in Computer Science
Must be CISCO CCNA certified
CISCO CCNAS Certification will be an added advantage
