Head of Call Centre

The Centre for Training & Projects Development is inviting applications from suitably qualified unemployed suitably qualified people to fill the following vacancies:

Responsibilities

Responsible for commanding Call Centre’s strategic direction, effective implementation of Call Centre’s Policies, Management of Call Centre’s KPIs, Students’ Admissions and Registration

Qualifications

Must be a SAVED Christian and have strong Christian Values and be in possession of any suitable technical/professional qualification.
