Administration Officer

Job Specific duties

  • Effectively perform all of the following functions required to support the Administration office, including but not limited to:

Getting quotations

  • Initial checking and Verification of Authenticity of receipts submitted
  • Data entry using excel and inputting basic financial data into an online accounting package
  • Filing of Documents
  • Checking of Submitted Acquittal forms
  • Preparation of Cash Payment Vouchers
  • Support with other office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating
  • Making utility bill payments, purchases and other payments as instructed
  • Must be familiar with immigration documents


  • Highly competent.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proven admin or assistant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
