Responsibilities

Our successful Receptionists / Guest Services Attendants…

  • Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests
  • Ensure all administrative functions of the Reception area are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, with strict adherence to the hotels standards and procedures
  • Actively participate in a working environment where staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
  • Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the Reception area and all who work in it
  • Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

If you have these qualifications, join our team:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Front Office Certificate
  • Diploma in Hotel Management will be an added advantage
  • Good numeracy skills, verbal and written English skills and 2 years hospitality experience.
