Events & Marketing Coordinator


  • The E&M Coordinator will be responsible for event organisation, administration, marketing and logistics related to the preparation, execution, closure and post-event follow-up.
  • The Coordinator will serve as the first line of organization and administration for marketing related events, with the primary goal of organizing all respective events to deliver a valuable experience for NetOne Customers, partners and stakeholders, AND to facilitate the development of tangible business opportunities and leads for NetOne.


  • Previous verifiable full accounting of the above terms of reference.

Essential Skill Set

  • A demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively, delivering on set tasks in the required time frames and deadlines.
  • Selling, marketing and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organisation and high-level administration skills
  • A creative flair
  • Familiarity with event registration processes and software
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent vendor management skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • While not necessary, a bachelor’s degree would be desirable.
