Analytical Administrator X2

The positions will be based at Lusaka main laboratory

  • (Please note that these are 2 year Fixed Term Contract Positions renewable based on performance.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and business as a whole
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
  • Identify the processes and Information Technology required to introduce recommendations and gain agreement and or buy-in from Senior Management by providing reports as on deadlines given
  • Initiate, manage, report, log customer complaints, deal with the escalation process, and make recommendations on external surveys for development purposes.
  • Prepare and monitor statistical reports for submission to Management on staff attendance, absenteeism, leave, logging errors, tests, escalations.
  • Collate statistics from relevant areas of the business to present data on a dashboard to Management
  • Maintain or update business database to ensure correct and accurate information is provided/kept safe
  • To devise methods for identifying patterns and trends in the data that supports decision making
  • Reports Incidents, log customer complaints and problem solution according to the relevant standard operating procedures
  • Support the Administration team and Client Services team when necessary to ensure the smooth operation of laboratories in line with relevant standard operating procedures and company policy.
  • Extracts pre and post analytical laboratory management reports and analyse trends to implement or recommend corrective actions to Senior Management
  • Plans and manages the activities of staff to ensure the most optimal utilization of available resources

Key Competency Requirements

  • BA in Administration/BSc in Health Sciences.
  • Minimum of 1 – 3yrs years working experience in similar position will be an advantage (Lab environment)
  • Ability to work under pressure, work within a team and be reliable
  • Ability to communicate and must have good interpersonal skills
  • Query management and customer service skills are essential
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends and Public Holidays when required.
