Human Resources Administrator

Functions / responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to the branch
  • Effective recruitment of non-management staff
  • Ensure expedient resolutions of payroll related issues
  • Manage time and staff attendance system
  • Ensure administration of employee benefits within legislative and company parameter to payroll or required department
  • Effective reporting on all HR activities and compilation of all HR daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Constant liaison with labour department on industrial related matters
  • General understanding of labour matters and trends

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Zambian citizen
  • 2-3 years HR exposure in a busy environment
  • Grade 12 certificate essential
  • Minimum of Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration qualification
  • Affiliation with ZIHRM a must
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
