The candidate will be responsible for their own day to day workload within the HR Operations function, including recruitment, contractual changes, accurate recording and processing of payroll information and HR data management and interpretation.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree from recognized Institution in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practice and compliance.
Must have good understanding and able to interpret the Zambian Labour Laws.
Experience in the Construction industry is an added advantage.
High level understanding of all relevant legislation affecting the employment and safety of persons in the construction industry in Zambia.
Must be a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
