Marketing manager

Marketing manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for lines of business and brands (Itel Brand) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our brand and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our facebook page and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements

  • Diploma in marketing or a related field. Degree will be an added Advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • One Year work Experience in a Similar Position
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and Offline Marketing
  • Age: Between 25-35
