Administrative Assistant

Mission: To alleviate the pressure of the Campus Manager by assisting with administrative aspects of daily running of LLCC and in so doing, provide each child with exceptional child care at an international level for a local affordable price.

Job Summary:

  • Under immediate supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for aiding in the implementation of the LLCC’s Child Care Program according to the handbook.
  • To perform a variety of routine to difficult bookkeeping clerical work primarily related to the enrollments, computation of fees, billing and collection of childcare center fees for service; and the performance of related and front desk work.
  • With attention to detail, utilize their skills to ensure that the kitchen and front desk are run efficiently and that parent complaints are handled with the utmost care and respect.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 20 years old and above
  • Must be a Christian with at least 5 years testimony of Christian faith
  • Completed of certificate or diploma in business administration, marketing and book keeping or customer relations
  • Should be computer literate and creative
  • Should be administrative in thinking and pay close attention to detail
  • Should have a high EQ and be able to work with difficult people
  • Fluent in English, both reading and writing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with working reception, office assistant or personal assistant.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with working with small children (personal parenting considered)
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) training and experience necessary to develop consistent, stable, and supportive relationships necessary to succeed at the job.
