HR Administrator/Secretary

A newly established automation company based in Lusaka is currently looking for a HR Administrator/Secretary to join their team urgently.

The duties are:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the business
  • To complete, calculate and distribute reports for the business
  • To provide timeouts and effective HR Administration and support services.
  • To coordinate HR related activities
  • Matric with relevant tertiary education (Administration /secretarial /HR)
  • 3-4 Years Admin/Secretarial /HR experience (must be 28 years and above)
