Solar Sales Manager (Re-Advertised )

Job Purpose

  • The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting new or existing customers to determine their solar equipment needs, suggest systems or equipment, or estimate costs.
  • Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers
  • Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
  • Provide customers with information such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options and other incentives,
  • Develop and maintain the market agents for solar business.
  • Contact new or existing customers to determine their solar equipment needs, suggest systems or equipment, or estimate costs.
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and inquiries.
  • Implement the channel solar sales policy, and formulate promotion plan for solar business.
  • Enlarge channel solar sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
  • Keep good relationship with dealers, and resolve the problem customers face, dealing complaints promptly, and collect market information.
  • Give feedback and handle the information of dealers on our products.
  • Support work of delivery, returning , payment goods and collection of receipts, accounting checking, etc.
  • Supervise/Manage and urge the subordinates achieve the sale targets individually, and submit the document on time.
  • Responsible to organize and attend the training for new staff.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Engineering
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 Years working experience in Solar Sales Business
  • Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to adapt to Change
  • Possess strong product and system knowledge on Solar Business.
  • Excellent communications, writing and analytical skills and Problem solving skills.
  • Must be a member of a professional body (i.e ZIM / EIZ)
