Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems.
  • Creating spreadsheets with large numbers without mistakes.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Grade twelve certificate
  • Certificate in any related field will be an added advantange
  • Should be between 18-25 years old
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
