  • Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration
  • HR knowledge especially Training and Performance Management and Payroll Management
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws
  • Minimum of 2 Years working experience in profit making organisation
  • Local Residents will be given priority
  • Computer Literacy, Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to adapt to Change
  • Excellent communications, writing and analytical skills and Problem solving skills
  • A Full Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
