Office Orderly

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient cleaning services, dusting, empty out trash in each office and ensure that there is no accumulation of trash in the offices.
  • Assist with filing of documents, communications, and give support in supplies and basic office services.
  • Prepare beverages in offices and conference rooms for meetings to ensure a high standard of hospitality
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned

Skills and Attributes

  • Fantastic time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently works through tasks
  • Very proactive
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers and scanners
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and good morals.
  • Mature, Presentable and able to interact professionally with clients and stake holders
  • Able to read, write and speak English

Qualifications

  • Minimum grade 12 certificate.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar office assistant position.
  • A certificate in business studies, administration or equivalent is an added advantage.
