Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager – Human Resources, the Assistant Manager will be part of the Human Resources Department.

Job Specifications

  • Employee data management
  • Preparation of various reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • General staff payroll preparation
  • Management of Bayport sponsored student affairs
  • Employee Staff Welfare

Minimum Entry Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
  • Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) and holding a valid practicing licence

Other Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent communication, organisational, leadership and management skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels
