Solar Sales Representataive


  • Identify, recruit and train sales agents.
  • Conduct customer pre-vetting exercise
  • Manage delay of payment.
  • Develop and maintain the market for solar business.
  • Sale and Activate Topstar Solar products.
  • Handle and resolve customer’s complaints and inquiries.
  • Implement the channel solar sales policy, and formulate promotion plan for solar business.
  • Enlarge channel solar sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
  • Support work of delivery, returning, payment goods and collection of receipts, accounting checking, etc.
  • Supervise/Manage and urge the subordinates achieve the sale individual targets


  • Diploma or better in Sales, Marketing and Business Administration
  • 2 years sales experience.
  • Motor bike drivers license, added advantage.
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
