Office Assistant

A registered and established non-bank financial institution invites applications for the position of Office Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for the clients; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing the MD’s diary and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing filing systems
  • Managing office affairs as may be delegated from time to time by Management

Skills

  • Appreciation of MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be methodical and organised

Requirements

  • At least one year working experience in a similar position
  • A minimum diploma in secretarial studies.
