Head Chef

Duties

  • monitor stocks movements in the kitchen
  • check freshness of the food and ingredients
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
  • conduct menu planning
  • make sure that all the food coming out of the kitchen are of good standard
  • supervise all the chef and porters in the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Diploma in hotel management or advanced certificate in food production
  • More than three years work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
