Front Office Clerk


  • To act as a first contact for students and other clients.

Key Duties:

  • Able to answer any questions the students and refer other queries to appropriate staff.
  • Register students and explain our services including the online training platform
  • Make follow up calls to potential and returning
  • Assist students in completing any required information and registration forms.
  • Responsible for maintaining an efficient and orderly appointments system.
  • Receive and make telephone calls as instructed, divert calls promptly or take messages ensuring accuracy of detail and timely delivery to the recipient.
  • Social media
  • Records management
  • Answers all questions the client may have concerning all our courses, payments and training modalities.
  • Advise Management on the student’s needs.


  • At least 2-3 years of work experience
  • Certificate in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Must be honest
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate
