Assistant Human Resource Officer

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Recruitment and Exit management.
  • Managing Employee Contracts.
  • Managing employee scheme recieptings like Napsa etc.
  • Submitting weekly and monthly reports i.e Labour relationship management reports etc.
  • Provide relevant support to the department as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Administering the pay-roll in close liaison with the Accounts department.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Strictly 1 or 2 years working experience.
  • Should be a fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
  • Self-motivated, Attention to Detail & Deadline-Oriented.
  • Conversant with Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent communication and administration skills.
  • Conversant with the Zambian Labour Law.
  • Not more than 28 years of age.
