Client Support Officer x2

We are a newly setup local provider Specialised IT Solutions on the Zambian market.

Our focus is on delivering to the customer in a way that he spreads word of mouth that brings us new customers.

We offer solutions in Contact Centre, CRM, Help Desk, Surveillance Systems, Alarm & Access Control Systems, IP-PBX and VoIP System, Networking and Wireless Networks.

Job Purpose:

  • The Purpose of the job will be to provide support to solutions we have given to customers and make sure customer is happy all the time.
  • You will expected to operate independently periodically interacting with members the technical team.
  • The job holder will be required to work and produce results under minimum supervision and also adhere to the standards of the company.

Minimum Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma in ICT related fields with Not less than 2 years of practical experience.
  • The ideal candidate understands or has experience with SIP, Basic Network switching & routing, Physical LAN Cabling, and applications support.
  • Drop your CV and motivation letter in a SINGLE WORD document
