Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to achieve sales and operations targets in allocated areas, while maintaining strong relationships with fellow team members, service providers and all customers while. This candidate is also responsible for identifying the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in their success using our product.


  • Experience in the Logistics, Financial Services, Financial Technology or Consumer Financial Services is preferred
  • Ability to work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success
  • Previous experience in a customer and/or consumer focused role
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts
  • Willingness and ability to travel


  • Business Management/Project Management/Sales Degree or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and Passport
