Accounts Filing Clerk

We are seeking an ambitious person with at least one year experience to fill the position of Accounts Filing Clerk in our Company.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a financial accountant or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and scan files to be entered into computer in digital database.
  • Verify taxes and other deductions.
  • Update, verify and maintain Accounting journals and other financial records.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Keep information confidential.
