Assistant Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities

  • Employee Recruitment and Exit management
  • Managing Employee Contracts.
  • Managing employee scheme recieptings like Napsa etc
  • Submitting weekly and monthly reports i.e Labour relationship management reports etc
  • Provide relevant support to the department as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years working experience
  • A Member of ZHIRM
