Admin Assistant

We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Admin assistant temporarily at our organisation.

Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls from clients and suppliers.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos & letters.
  • Maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals for tenders and suppliers and assist the
  • Quantity surveyor follow up rates.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
