Office Administrator

Willch travel and tours is a modern, purely a Zambian company dealing with safari game drive, travel and tours and hotel reservations as well as providing quality services for all activities and business trip for clients satisfaction and its looking or a well qualified personnel to stand in the position of an Office Administrator.

Qualification

  • Grade twelve certificate atlist with 5″ O levels
  • Certificate or Diploma in hotel management
  • Work Experience
  • Must have worked in the similar position atlist one year six months.

Duties

  • Make reservations and respond to emails
  • Maintain a filling system
  • Handling phone calls
  • Good marketing skills
  • Good communication skills

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
  • Excellent in time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to deal and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
