MBA, Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Project Management and Planning or other related fields
ACCA/CIMA accredited or their equivalents
Member of ZICA
Minimum 8 years' experience in a related Senior/Executive Position
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Working experience in other countries, particularly in Europe, is considered an advantage
Knowledge of other European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) would be considered an advantage
Holder of a driving license type B and a personal vehicle which can be used in the interest of the service.
Duties and responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
Team management: building, developing and managing a team to execute the tasks and achieve the team objectives.
Work organization: identifying the most adequate and efficient organization and implementing the corresponding work set-up in terms of processes, best practices, tools, etc.
Risk management: seeking out methods and practices to manage and minimize financial risk (major operational risks, control plan and when relevant internal or external finance related recommendations closure).
Strategy: providing internal assistance to the Executive Director and all other departments, supporting decision making by delivering trustworthy information and insightful advice, playing an active role in defining and contributing to the company’s strategy.
Ensuring the designing and implementation of modern financial and investment systems.
Managing effectively all financial resources in the organisation to ensure efficiency and proper utilization of resources (cash flow management).
Ensuring timely preparation of budget estimates, releases and disbursement of funds to sub-programme managers in order to ensure the attainment of departmental objectives of the company.
Ensuring timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual financial and investment reports to the Executive Director with recommendations.
Promptly analysing of the viability of the investment projects with a view of timely advising the Board through the Chief Executive Officer.
Holding constant consultative meetings with key investors and other stakeholders with a view of having a balanced, profitable and prudent running of the investment.
Leading in the development of new strategic investment to ensure liquidity of the company.
3. Type of contract:
Three year performance based contract.

Attractive salary package (basic salary and allowances), depending on qualifications and experience;
