We are now looking for a strong candidate for the position of Sales Manager – Outbound Car Rental Services.

In the business development we have developed car rental business with countrywide car rental services company that operating from Lusaka. We are one of the leading provider of outbound mobility solutions in the Country. We are now seeking people with the right attitude and aptitude to join our very exciting and challenging expansion plans.

Overall Responsibility:

  • As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our company’s travel products to direct, corporate, and travel agency clients. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading country brand providing unique travel product and experience.

Main Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing strong, sustainable relationships with key travel agency clients, as well as corporate and direct clients.
  • Gather market and client information, and following up with visits to develop new business
  • Timely collection of all Credits Sales.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive customer database.
  • Provide consultation for clients on the services provided by the company.
  • Being responsible for individual sales target
  • Assisting the Managing Director in implementing sales strategies for the company
  • Carry out other tasks when assigned by Company

Working Relationships:

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales Tour Outbound/Ticketing Office/ Outbound Car Rental

  • Hard working, motivated, and well-groomed.
  • Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work, and life in general
  • Creative, innovative, and assertive

  • Basic presentation skills
  • Integrity – Fulfilling commitments.
  • Ability to communicate in both verbal and written English
  • Valid Drivers license No Restrictions (Manual Transmission a must)
