The Applications Support Manager is responsible for providing support for the core Banking Applications-ORBIT R and related applications and interfaces such as BREFT Switch,POS,Aruti and other third party systems. He/she is responsible for applications setup, resolution of all application functional issues raised by the business, works closely with regional reporting team to ensure business reports are available and must ensure that all users are supported and can effectively use the core banking systems and aplications for the purpose of their working needs.
