Receptionist (Operations)

2. Purpose Of The Job

To provide effective and efficient funeral services at operational level to customers.

3. Key Performance Areas:

  • Receive calls and correspondence from both external & internal customers
  • Invoicing, receipting, checking and collection reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing funeral schedule
  • Counting Stock, Wreaths, Coffins and Caskets
  • Assist in the movement of corpses in and around the country
  • Attend and resolve customer queries
  • Assist in maintenance of proper records
  • Interpret operational policies accurately; and
  • Assist in ensuring progressive fleet maintenance and good record keeping.

4. Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma in any Business related program a Degree is an added advantage
  • 2 years’ experience as front counter.
