The purpose of this role is:
To be responsible for ensuring the effective operations of Sandvik rock tool contract sites (either managed supply or cost per metre) within a designated region. This includes developing strong customer relationships at a senior level and building effective contract teams that meet the required financial targets, contract objectives and provide the required service levels that continually demonstrate the value to our customers of using Sandvik drilling consumables and services, at each contract site. The Rock Tools Contract Manager must have outstanding communication skills, be detail oriented with a superior customer service attitude.
