Food and Beverage Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Age – 35 to 45 years
  • Job Experience – Minimum 3 years
  • Holder of a Drivers Licence
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities

  • To train and supervise staff
  • To organise conferences/workshops/weddings and all kinds of events
  • Prepare market lists and purchase goods for the Lodge
  • To ensure staff follow health and safety guidelines
  • Control cost in the Kitchen and Restaurant
  • To deal with customer complaints immediately
