Responsible for receiving payments, issuing receipts, purchased products packages ensuring to track all sales and that all transactions run smoothly, assist customers by explaining or recommending products, should be attentive to customer needs and committed to providing excellent service.
The incumbents will be based in the following location: (Kitwe And Livingstone Branch Offices).
In depth understanding of the sales and marketing role, full grade 12 School Certificate, Diploma in Business Management or Sales and Marketing profession and should have at least have two (2) years previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate.
