Human Capital Officer (x1)

In line with its mission, the bank is seeking to recruit highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies:

Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, the job holder will provide constant and professional support/assistance to staff for all Human Capital related matters; and undertake specialist and general Human Capital tasks as required and appropriate to the role.

Main Responsibilities/AccountabiIities

Education:

• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Degree in Human Resource Management or Public
• Administration or any other relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years overall experience in HR Management
• Must be a Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
• Must possess a Practicing Certificate from the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management

Skills Required to Undertake the Role:

• Proven ability to perform the tasks outlined in the job description
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
• A disposition to take initiative, agile and maintaining multitasking schedules
• Demonstrated analytical and research skills
• A good work record showing competence in activities undertaken to date
• Well versed in all aspects of the Employment Code and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent oral & Written Communication
• Time Management
• Negotiation Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
