The Company is now looking for an experienced and qualified individual to be considered for the position of Office Coordinator Role Summary Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and management of the Lusaka Corporate Office. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Secretarial Duties – Perform Secretarial duties for the Country Manager and other Senior Management Officials as may be required from time to time. Role Summary Reporting to the Business Systems Coordinator , you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring cost controls and liaising with the Maintenance Superintendents regarding their respective expenditure. Your duties will include but not limited to the following: Responsibilities Responsible for developing a tracking method to track all expenditure for Maintenance. Create a detailed budget that accounts for estimated expenditure. Responsible for variance analysis and feed back to Business Systems Supervisor immediately. Deliver reports to the Department Manager on agreed performance indicators and to agreed standards and schedule. Experience & Qualifications Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Finance or Accounting. Minimum experience (2 years) in mining environment preferably with mobile and fixed plant. Able to clearly demonstrate the aptitude to drive a light vehicle and hold a current Zambian driver’s licence or be able to obtain one. To assist in the development of scenarios and optimal mine plans to increase the asset value to the various shareholders. Design of final pit and phase designs to maximise productivity, ore control and recovery, using agreed hydrogeological and geotechnical parameters. Design of waste dumps and ore stockpiles are designed to sufficient capacity for each material type, and that they are designed in suitable locations that minimise haulage. Design of infrastructure required for mine production (e.g. roads, culverts, power supply etc.). Develop optimum medium and long-term mine schedules and scenarios for the time periods required for operational, corporate and external planning and reporting needs. Ensure that these take into consideration all required aspects of equipment operational parameters, planned maintenance and contingencies for unplanned maintenance, geology, geotechnical, material types and destinations, drill and blast special projects. Ensure these plans are properly communicated to operational staff and all other stakeholders. Ensure that reconciliations are done against all these schedules and plans to track progress and so that corrections can be made when progress deviates. Ensure that all mine designs, schedules and plans are cognizant of CHESS requirements. Role Summary Reporting to: The Senior Warehouse Officer. Your duties will include but not limited to the following; Responsibilities Assist as Key contact for all warehousing issuing functions for all LMC storage areas. This includes and is not limited to security issues, housekeeping standards and any queries arising from area of responsibility. Assist the Senior Warehouse Officer to Manage all status of sales orders as per set targets and ensure any stock request discrepancies from area of responsibility are not only communicated to end users in time but also investigated and resolved in time to ensure high system integrity.
