Wear sunglasses if you’re in the sun. They protect you from glare and from harmful ultraviolet light, which can cause cataracts.

While watching TV, keep a distance of 8 - 10 Feet between your eyes and the screen. And remember to take breaks from staring at that screen.

While working on computers or watching TV do 20-20-20 exercises for your eyes. The 20-20-20 rule is - every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you, for 20 seconds. This will keep your eyes moist and healthy and can help reduce eyestrain.
